FirstPoint Group is a premium property services company based in Dubai, specializing in luxury interior design, fit-out, renovation, and maintenance. Our joinery division will play a key role in delivering bespoke furniture and custom woodwork for high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail projects.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking someone who can

take full responsibility for setting up, managing, and operating our new joinery workshop

. You should have strong experience with joinery production, materials, machinery, and client coordination, as well as the ability to lead a team and ensure quality execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage day-to-day operations of the new joinery facility. Lead the production of custom-made furniture, cabinetry, and woodwork. Supervise and guide joinery staff, machine operators, and finishers. Review technical/shop drawings and ensure accurate production. Source appropriate materials and finishes while maintaining cost control. Ensure machinery is properly maintained and safety standards are met. Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure satisfaction. Maintain quality standards and oversee timely delivery of projects.

Requirements:

Minimum

6 years of joinery experience

, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of materials, machines, carpentry techniques, and finishing. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience managing teams and handling production schedules. UAE experience is an advantage. Proactive, organized, and client-focused.
