Job Description

Manage day-to-day operations of the joinery factory, including production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Supervise and lead a team of carpenters, machinists, polishers, and other factory staff. Ensure all joinery items are produced as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of joinery works for ongoing projects. Optimize manufacturing processes and workflow for efficiency and cost control. Monitor and manage material inventory, tools, and machinery. Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. Implement quality control measures at every stage of production. Troubleshoot production and technical issues, providing timely solutions. Prepare and present production reports to management. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in joinery or woodwork production, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, finishes, and machinery. Proven experience in managing teams and factory operations. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and joinery details. Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Hindi Strong understanding of quality control and HSE procedures. UAE driving license is preferred.
