Joinery Manager
with strong
estimation, engineering, and execution skills
to lead our joinery operations and support our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the joinery division, overseeing workshop operations, manpower, and production.
Review and interpret shop drawings, providing engineering solutions where needed.
Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations for joinery works.
Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor timelines.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and pricing.
Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and site teams for seamless execution.
Monitor material consumption, stock levels, and procurement.
Implement and maintain HSE standards in the workshop.
Drive improvements in efficiency, costing accuracy, and execution quality.
Requirements:
7-10 years' UAE joinery experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proven expertise in
estimation, joinery engineering, and execution management
.
Strong technical knowledge of joinery methods, finishes, and machinery.
Leadership experience managing workshop teams and site delivery.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
