We are an established interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a

Joinery Foreman

to lead and coordinate production activities within our Joinery Division. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in joinery works, able to manage day-to-day production operations, and ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in line with project specifications under the guidance of the Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise joinery production activities on-site and in the workshop. Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and cutting lists accurately. Quantify materials and accessories required for joinery works. Allocate tasks and monitor the performance of carpenters and technicians. Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely execution. Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with design and project requirements. Assist in resolving technical or production-related issues.

Requirements:

Minimum

2

years of proven experience in Dubaiin a similar supervisory role within the joinery or interior fit-out sector. In-depth knowledge of joinery materials, hardware, tools, and production processes. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to handle pressure and work under tight deadlines. Good communication skills in English;

knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
