: Civil Foreman (Interior Fit-Out)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience

Qualification:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Civil Foreman

with a strong background in

Interior Fit-Out

to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and supervise site activities, ensuring that all interior fit-out works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities related to interior fit-out works. Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Manage and monitor subcontractors, laborers, and site resources effectively. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow. Prepare daily progress reports and update management on site status. Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays. Ensure material availability and verify workmanship before approvals. Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years UAE experience

in civil/interior fit-out projects.

Diploma in Civil Engineering

or a related qualification. Strong understanding of interior fit-out works, materials, and technical drawings. Ability to lead site teams and coordinate multiple activities. Good communication and problem-solving skills. UAE

driving license (preferred/if required)
