Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
Joinery Factory Manager
to lead our production operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and woodworking, with a proven track record of managing teams, meeting production deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the joinery production facility. Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Supervise and mentor carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and other production staff. Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow. Optimize material usage and maintain inventory control. Monitor machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality. Enforce health and safety regulations in the factory. Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in joinery/fit-out factory managementwithin the UAE
. Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and finishing materials. Ability to interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs. Proven experience managing a team of 10+ production staff. Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills. Familiarity with production planning tools or ERP systems is a plus. Fluency in English and Hindi.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
