Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on

Joinery Factory Manager

with at least

5+ years of experience in the UAE

to lead our production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and woodworking, along with proven ability to manage teams, meet production deadlines, and maintain high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the joinery production facility. Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Supervise carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and other production staff. Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams for smooth workflow. Maintain material control and ensure optimal use of resources. Monitor equipment and machinery usage; ensure proper maintenance is carried out. Enforce health and safety regulations in the factory. Implement continuous improvements in production efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of relevant experience

in a joinery/fit-out factory within the UAE. Strong understanding of woodworking machinery, joinery techniques, and finishing materials. Ability to read technical drawings, cutting lists, and BOQs. Experience managing a team of 10+ production staff. Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills. Knowledge of production planning tools or ERP systems preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi.

Preferred Candidate:

Currently based in the UAE UAE driving license Available to join on short notice

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
