Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Engineer with a strong background in fit-out and interior joinery works. The ideal candidate will oversee technical drawings, production coordination, and installation supervision, ensuring precision, quality, and timely project delivery. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for coordinating with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Review, interpret, and verify shop drawings and technical joinery details for accuracy and alignment with project specifications. Prepare cutting lists, BOQs, and material take-offs for joinery elements (doors, wardrobes, wall cladding, counters, reception desks, etc.). Coordinate with the production team and site supervisors to ensure fabrication and installation are as per approved drawings. Conduct site inspections to monitor joinery works, ensure adherence to quality standards, and address on-site issues. Communicate effectively with clients and consultants, particularly Arabic-speaking stakeholders, to ensure clarity on design intent and approvals. Work closely with the procurement department to verify material samples and ensure timely delivery. Ensure compliance with project timelines, HSE guidelines, and company quality procedures. Support the project manager in progress reporting, technical clarifications, and value engineering proposals.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 1-2 years of UAE experience in joinery and fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of joinery materials, detailing, and fabrication processes. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and joinery detailing software. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience in luxury interiors, hotels, or bespoke joinery projects. Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multicultural teams and site personnel.

Commensurate with experience + standard company benefits.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
