Junior Sales Development Executive (Evenings & Weekends)

Dubai (Office-based)

Hours:

Mon-Fri 6:00pm-11:00pm | Sat 3:00pm-8:00pm

Pay:

AED 4,000 basic + AED 2,000 bonus (on target)

The role (what you'll actually do)

This is an entry-level sales role for someone confident on the phone with excellent spoken English. You'll be calling leads and booking qualified meetings for our senior team. You won't be "closing" deals at the start -- your job is to generate solid appointments and keep the pipeline moving.

Key responsibilities

Call warm and cold leads using our scripts and training Qualify prospects quickly and professionally Book meetings into the calendars of senior staff Follow up on missed calls / messages and keep notes organised Hit weekly/monthly booking targets and improve conversion rates

You must have:

Fantastic spoken English

(clear, confident, professional) Strong communication skills and a calm phone manner Energy and resilience -- you'll speak to lots of people Reliability for

evening and weekend shifts

Ambition to learn and move up fast
Nice to have (not required):

Any telesales, call centre, customer service, or hospitality experience Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, etc.)
