Junior Business Development Executive
Job location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :

Engage with pre-qualified leads to drive interest and schedule appointments.
Assist in property inspections and participate in client meetings alongside senior team members.
Shadow experienced managers and team leaders during deal closings to understand the end-to-end sales process.
Coordinate with the operations team to support documentation and logistical requirements.
Take on increasing responsibilities in deal closures based on demonstrated performance and learning progress.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (internships or part-time roles count).
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
Confidence in presenting to clients and building relationships.
Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Passion for real estate, sales, and learning the full sales cycle.
Highly organized with good time management skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); Russian is a plus.
A valid UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
