Job Title: Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are looking for an ambitious Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join us as a Founding Partner (Co-Founder) in an early-stage tech and services startup. The COO will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including logistics, procurement, and contracts, ensuring smooth execution and operational excellence.

Note: This is not a salaried role at the current stage. It is a founding partnership opportunity. Once the project is launched and achieves commercial traction, a competitive salary and financial rewards will be agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient execution of business plans. Lead procurement and sourcing activities, including vendor negotiations. Manage contracts with partners and service providers, ensuring compliance. Supervise supply chain and logistics across local and regional markets. Develop operational processes and workflows to improve performance and quality. Contribute to business expansion and market entry strategies. Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a Co-Founder.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in operations management, logistics, or procurement. Strong expertise in contract negotiation and vendor management. Solid knowledge of supply chain operations in GCC markets. Previous experience in startups or project management is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building scalable businesses.
Work Location:

Flexible (Remote), with preference for candidates based in Qatar / UAE / Saudi Arabia.
