Job Title: Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking an ambitious Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join us as a Founding Partner (Co-Founder) in an early-stage tech and services startup. The CFO will lead the financial strategy and management from inception to full-scale operations, taking full ownership as a founding partner.

Note: This is not a salaried role at the current stage. It is a founding partnership opportunity. Once the project is launched and achieves commercial traction, a competitive salary and financial rewards will be agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy and cash flow management. Build financial models and business plans to support strategic decisions. Monitor budgets, financial reporting, and cost control. Manage relationships with banks, investors, and auditors. Lead fundraising and investment planning efforts. Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a Co-Founder.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. Strong expertise in financial modeling and investment analysis. Solid knowledge of financial regulations and tax frameworks in the GCC region. Previous experience in startups or entrepreneurial ventures is a strong plus. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building scalable businesses.
Work Location:

Flexible (Remote), with preference for candidates based in Qatar / UAE / Saudi Arabia.
