Job Title: Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

We are seeking an ambitious Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join us as a Founding Partner (Co-Founder) in an early-stage tech and services startup. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, building the brand from scratch, and driving customer acquisition and growth.

Note: This is not a salaried role at the current stage. It is a founding partnership opportunity. Once the project is launched and achieves commercial traction, a competitive salary and financial rewards will be agreed upon.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the company's overall marketing strategy. Manage digital and performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Develop brand identity and establish strong market presence. Lead social media management and content marketing initiatives. Build marketing partnerships with key industry players. Analyze customer and market data to optimize targeting and growth. Actively participate in strategic decision-making as a Co-Founder.
Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing or brand management. Hands-on experience in managing multi-channel ad campaigns. Strong knowledge of modern digital marketing techniques (Growth Hacking, Performance Marketing). Proven experience in building and executing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies. Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing is a strong plus. Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with leadership skills.
Work Location:

Flexible (Remote), with preference for candidates based in Qatar / UAE / Saudi Arabia.
