We are looking for a confident, active, and fluent English-speaking female to join our team as an Admin & Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, telemarketing, and assisting in generating new client leads for our company.
Key Responsibilities
Handle front desk duties, phone calls, and client inquiries
Perform telemarketing to reach potential clients
Manage incoming and outgoing emails professionally
Assist in generating and converting new client leads
Maintain and update client records and databases
Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups
Support day-to-day administrative tasks
Prepare basic documents, quotations, and follow-ups when required
Requirements
Female candidate only
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Active, confident, and presentable
Basic computer skills (Email, MS Office, WhatsApp, etc.)
Telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus
Ability to multitask and handle work professionally
