About the Role:

We are looking for a

female Academics In-Charge with a strong background in higher education and academic support. The ideal candidate will have a

Master's or PhD in a relevant academic discipline and

2-3 years of experience in a similar academic support or evaluation role. This is a dedicated academic position, not administrative or teaching-based.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all

academic queries and communicationwith students. Provide

one-on-one academic support*, especially related to assignments, referencing, and submission guidance.
Conduct

assignment evaluations and gradingin line with institutional and partner university guidelines. Coordinate with internal academic teams and ensure smooth academic operations. Maintain academic documentation, ensure academic integrity, and support student progress tracking. Review and maintain alignment with academic standards for quality assurance.

Candidate Profile:

Master's or PhDin the same or a closely related academic discipline (mandatory).

2-3 years of experiencein an academic support or evaluation-focused role in higher education. Strong understanding of assignment-based learning and academic referencing systems. Excellent communication and student interaction skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
