Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Performing civil construction and maintenance tasks according to project requirements and specifications.

Adhering to ADNOC and UAE HSE standards, including implementing work site precautions and controls.

Preparing, obtaining approvals, and implementing PTWs for various activities, ensuring compliance with PTW procedures.

Liaising with site supervisors, engineers, and other teams to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Overseeing and guiding work crews and subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality and timely completion of tasks.

Completing daily progress reports, permit documentation, and other necessary paperwork.

Participating in risk assessments and pre-job meetings, identifying potential hazards, and implementing control measures.

Ensuring all work meets the required quality standards and project specifications.

Organizing and storing materials, maintaining stock, and ensuring proper labeling and accessibility.

Operating and maintaining equipment and tools necessary for civil works.

KNOWLEDGE SKILL AND ABILITIES

A valid ADNOC approved certificate for the specific job performer role.

Familiarity with ADNOC and UAE HSE regulations, PTW procedures, and relevant industry standards.

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and maintain a safe work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: -

Typically requires 3-7 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.

A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering is often required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
