Job Performers (JP)

and

Performing Authorities (PA)

for our new ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. Candidates must be ADNOC-certified and have valid PTW (Permit to Work) system knowledge and cards.

Job Performer (JP)

Key Responsibilities:

Execute site activities as per approved permits and work instructions under ADNOC HSE standards. Ensure all tools, equipment, and team members are compliant with safety regulations. Coordinate closely with the Performing Authority and ensure job steps are followed correctly. Report hazards, incidents, and any unsafe practices immediately. Maintain compliance with ADNOC procedures throughout the execution of the job.

Requirements:

ADNOC-approved Job Performer card (valid). 3+ years of site experience in ADNOC projects (civil/foundation/EPC preferable). Strong knowledge of safety procedures and job risk assessments.

Performing Authority (PA)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue PTW (Permit to Work) in coordination with ADNOC permit holders. Conduct risk assessments, toolbox talks, and pre-task briefings. Supervise Job Performers and ensure strict adherence to permit conditions. Maintain proper records, permit logs, and close-out documentation. Interface with ADNOC Permit Coordinator and HSE teams.

Requirements:

ADNOC-approved Performing Authority certificate (valid). Minimum 5 years experience in ADNOC civil/infrastructure projects. Deep understanding of ADNOC's PTW system, SIMOPS, and HSE guidelines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
