Position Overview
B2B Sales Manager - ACE Hardware - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the business-to-business (B2B) vertical. The role involves building strategic relationships with large customers, driving sales performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience, streamline processes, and achieve financial targets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Create analytical frameworks, business models, and KPIs to track performance and forecast growth
  • Deliver accurate reporting and financial analysis to senior management for decision-making
  • Oversee the setup of digital channels, sales distribution, and EIT support for the B2B vertical
  • Drive revenue growth from launch and ensure accurate sales planning and forecasting
  • Establish a digital roadmap strategy under the Digital First initiative to maximize online sales
  • Collaborate with data teams to derive insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships to increase awareness and adoption of the B2B vertical across MENA
  • Develop annual business plans and negotiate delivery strategies with brands in regional markets
  • Support store-level initiatives to channel B2B queries and create new sales opportunities
Ideal Profile
  • Graduate in Commerce or Business Studies; MBA preferred
  • 5-8 years of experience in business development and sales within the MENA region
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in digital transformation and change management
  • Skilled in strategic planning, organizational management, and relationship building
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach
  • Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining company values
  • Strong negotiation, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
