Job Description
:
Setting up and administering Jira and Confluence, maintaining application health. Collection and analysis of requirements for improvement, communication with business (both IT and non-IT). Development of solutions for automating the company\xe2\x80\x99s business processes. Development of integration mechanisms with other systems. User consulting and training. User interface and design customization. Support and development of the knowledge base for Atlassian products.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Atlassian product line and core plugins.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence as an administrator or consultant.
- Experience in setting up dashboards and filters, knowledge of JQL.
- Ability to work with plugins for process automation.
- Experience writing scripts in SIL or Groovy would be an advantage.
- Experience in process automation (both IT and non-IT) using Jira.
