Job Description
- \xc2\xa7 3+ years experience in Atlassian products on Atlassian Tools - JIRA service management, software, and confluence.
- \xc2\xa7 Capable to migrate Jira Server to Datacentre upon request.
- \xc2\xa7 Ability to upgrade Atlassian tools to higher versions.
- \xc2\xa7 Moderate knowledge of scrum master.
- \xc2\xa7 Excellent in the design and development of Workflow, Screens, Custom Fields, Permissions, Security Levels, Events, and Email Notification Schemes and Form redesign in JIRA Projects.
- \xc2\xa7 Created custom dashboards, advance filters, and formula.
- \xc2\xa7 Created status reports (weekly, Monthly and Resource wise) in Confluence.
- \xc2\xa7 Conducted training for teams on team collaboration and effective use of confluence.
- \xc2\xa7 Excellent experience and apply best practices in Plug-ins (Add-ons) like Custom Charts, Script Runner, Automation for Jira, CSAT Survey, eazyBI Reports, Email this issue, Jira Cloud Migration, Time in Status, User Profile for Jira, Zephyr Squad, Extension for Jira SD, Refined for Jira, \xe2\x80\xa6 etc.
- \xc2\xa7 Build a Dashboard via PowerBI.
- \xc2\xa7 Worked on JQL (Jira Query Language) filters, Dashboards, Gadgets for and users.
- \xc2\xa7 Plan, evaluate, deploy, operate and maintain tools to suit the expanding user database.
- \xc2\xa7 Troubleshooting and fixing errors common to Applications and Application servers.
- \xc2\xa7 Worked as team JIRA administrator providing access, working assigned tickets, and teaming with
- \xc2\xa7 project developers to test product requirements/bugs/new improvements.
- \xc2\xa7 Experience in providing Training to the development team on how to track, plan, and analyse using JIRA.
- \xc2\xa7 Good Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 2000 standards.
