Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging, interactive Japanese language lessons.
Customize instruction to accommodate learners of various levels and backgrounds.
Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Monitor student progress and provide regular, constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching materials and curriculum.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Japanese language, education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven teaching experience.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A strong passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
