Pilates Instructor - Dubai DIFC

Are you passionate about teaching Pilates and inspiring others on their wellness journey?

Options Pilates Studio is expanding to Dubai DIFC, and we're looking for a skilled and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team.

As one of the most recognized Pilates studio groups in Asia, with well-established studios in

Singapore and Hong Kong

, we're excited to bring our high standards and supportive environment to Dubai.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Full-time availability (100+ hours/month)

is required for those needing

visa sponsorship

Part-time positions

will be considered for those

not requiring sponsorship

Minimum of

1,000 hours of teaching experience

Certified in

Mat

and

Reformer

(required);

CCB

certification is a strong plus Proficiency in teaching

private and semi-private sessions

Comfortable working with clients of

varied physical needs and fitness levels

Experience with all Pilates apparatus and

functional equipment

(foam rollers, balls, bands, straps, blocks, etc.) Fluent in

English

(required);

additional languages

such as

Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Korean, or Japanese

are a plus Empathetic, professional communication style with a strong client focus Passionate about wellness and proactive in meeting client goals

Degree in any field

;

Physical Therapy degree

is an advantage Familiarity with

Mind-Body Online

is a plus

Your Responsibilities

Introduce Pilates to new clients and promote our services Set fitness goals and track client progress Assess posture and physical condition to recommend suitable sessions Conduct engaging

private and group sessions

Maintain accurate attendance and session records Support studio operations and equipment upkeep Mentor and collaborate with fellow instructors to uphold studio standards
