Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) Project Manager

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented ITS Project Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing projects related to Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). These systems utilize technologies such as sensors, cameras, software, and electronic signs to enhance road safety, improve traffic flow, and increase overall transportation efficiency.
What You'll Be Doing:
Act as the main liaison between clients, contractors, and teams, ensuring smooth project execution and communication.
Manage project scope, resources, personnel etc.
Oversee integration of ITS technologies, including emerging tech like V2X and AI.
Lead development of safety, quality, and execution plans.
Monitor progress, risks, and changes while ensuring adherence to standards.
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts and report to the ITS Director.
Bring extensive experience in ITS design, construction, systems engineering, and transportation.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Master's Degree in Traffic/Transportation/ Electrical/Systems Engineering or related
Minimum 15+ years of experience in similar positions.
Bachelors degree in Traffic/Transportation/ Electrical/Systems Engineering or related field with 20+ years of experience.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Local Dubai/UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English. Arabic is plus.
