Role Summary
The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will plan, execute, and deliver complex infrastructure initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments in Dubai. The role focuses on scope control, budget tracking, schedule management, governance, and high-quality handover for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Determine and define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
• Predict resource needs, build realistic plans, and manage cross-functional teams
• Prepare budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control and reporting
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work breakdown structures
• Provide clear updates and dashboards to stakeholders on strategy, changes, and progress
• Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and SLAs with defined deliverables
• Apply industry best practices and standards throughout project execution
• Monitor progress, remove blockers, and adjust plans to keep delivery on track
• Measure project performance and implement continuous improvements
• Oversee delivery across servers, storage, networks, virtualization, and cloud services

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field
• 5-8 years of project management experience in IT infrastructure
• PMP certification preferred; PRINCE2 or Agile credentials are a plus
• Strong familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and governance
• Proven end-to-end delivery across full project life cycle with risk and change control
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure components and dependencies
