Key Result Areas

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
? Project Planning and Execution: Ensure assigned infrastructure projects are
meticulously planned, executed, and delivered on time, within scope, and within
budget.
? Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key
stakeholders, including department heads and essential employees, to secure their
support and buy-in for infrastructure projects.
? Resource Management: Effectively manage resources, including personnel, equipment,
and budget, to optimize project performance.
? Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them,
minimizing project disruptions.
? Quality Assurance: Ensure all infrastructure projects adhere to required quality
standards and comply with organizational policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
? ? Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
? Proficient in creating reports using O365 tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
? Exposure to Project management tools like MS Project
? Experience in Creating Project Plans, Project Stakeholder Management, maintaining
Project documents
? Working Knowledge and Exposure to banking and financial operations preferred.
Exposure to IT Infrastructure Projects preferred.
? 15+ years' experience in IT with 6+ years in Project management
? Banking or financial industry exposure. Bachelor's degree in information technology,
Computer Science, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
