We are seeking a creative and skilled Italian Fusion Chef and Pizza Maker to join our team at our innovative restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about blending Italian cuisine with other culinary traditions and have experience creating and executing fusion dishes and traditional Italian pizza. As an Italian Fusion Chef and Pizza Maker at our restaurant, you will be responsible for creating and managing our fusion menu as well as our pizza offerings. You will be expected to work closely with our team of cooks, ensuring that each dish is prepared to the highest quality and that all food safety and health regulations are followed. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and managing the kitchen team to ensure that everything runs smoothly. To be considered for this role, you should have a minimum of three years of experience as an Italian Head Chef and Pizza Maker. You should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
