HEAD CHEF Italian Pizzeria Saudi Arabia : Riyadh Up to 5000 + single expat package A great new opportunity for authentic Italian Pizza Specialists to join this established hospitality group and their hugely popular Italian pizzeria based in Riyadh, Saudi. For this Head Chef position the client is seeking vibrant individuals capable of managing this busy operation, mentoring kitchen teams and developing exciting menus using top:end Italian produce. Gulf experience is always beneficial but not essential for this role : must have worked in really good quality Italian restaurants though The Head Chef will be a good Kitchen Manager who is able to control costs and run a profitable kitchen to budget.
