Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Support clients with system setup and IT maintenance
Perform regular system monitoring and backups
Assist in CCTV, networking, and cabling work (if required)
Maintain documentation and service logs
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (freshers may also apply)
Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic troubleshooting
Good communication skills in English
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
