Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field is preferred.
Proper knowledge on Internet Security and data privacy principles, Windows Server environment and application support.
Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional). Minimum Experience:
3 + years of experience in Information Technology function including but not limited to networking, security and back-up
Fluent in written and spoken English
Valid driving license
Good understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
Ability to diagnose problems and to handle multiple problems simultaneously
A positive, can-do attitude, an inquisitive and curious mind
A proactive, logical approach to problem solving and delivering solutions
Ability to prioritise the workload and good command in time management
