Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support for our company's computer systems, networks, and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment. Set up new user accounts, email, and access credentials. Perform regular system updates, backups, and security checks. Monitor network performance and assist with internet connectivity problems. Coordinate with vendors or service providers for IT-related purchases or repairs. Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment. Support team members with basic IT training or guidance when needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven 2-3 years of experience as an IT Technician, Technical Support, or similar role. Good knowledge of computer systems, networks, and office software. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Valid UAE driving license

Preferred:

Experience with CCTV, networking equipment, or server maintenance. Knowledge of data backup systems and cybersecurity basics.
