It Technician
Job Description
We are urgently hiring a skilled IT Technician to provide on-site technical support at one of Saudi ArabiaaEUR(TM)s leading offshore service companies. This is a non-communication IT role focusing on hardware, software, and network support within a project-based environment. Key Responsibilities: . Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals . Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software and OS-related issues . Basic support for networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/router/switch configuration) . Provide technical assistance to on-site staff . Maintain IT inventory and daily operational logs . Ensure system and data backups are completed regularly . Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internal applications . Coordinate with remote IT teams for escalated issues Requirements: . Diploma or BacheloraEUR(TM)s in Information Technology or related field . Minimum 2 yearsaEUR(TM) experience in IT support/operations . Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills . Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking . Able to work independently in a project site environment . Fluent in English .
