Position Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable

IT Technician

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware and software, providing technical support, and managing user accounts in a networked environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices Set up and support networked systems, including shared drives and internet connectivity Manage user accounts, permissions, and logins Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues in a timely manner Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across multiple departments Ensure system updates, security patches, and backups are in place Maintain IT inventory and documentation of system configurations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or related field Proven experience as an IT Technician or Technical Support Specialist Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking basics, and user management systems Experience with installation and configuration of hardware/software Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Willing to relocate or currently residing in Al Ain
