It Technician
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform PC reimaging and system formatting tasks efficiently.
Create and manage user accounts using Active Directory.
Troubleshoot and repair laptop and desktop hardware issues.
Handle network cabling and crimping work.
Support and troubleshoot Office 365 apps (Outlook, Teams,Excel etc.).
Ensure optimal performance of systems with regular maintenance and updates.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of computer systems and hardware components.
Experience with system imaging tools and OS installations.
Familiar with networking basics and structured cabling.
Working knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 environment.
Good Knowledge about printers
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
