It System Engineer
Job Description
Respond promptly to client support requests and service tickets.
Communicate with clients to identify, diagnose, and understand technical issues.
Provide on-site technical support at client locations or remote support via secure remote connections.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including:
Server & Storage Systems
Software & Virtualization Platforms
Networking & Communication Systems
Cybersecurity Solutions
Cloud Computing Services
IoT & AI Solutions
Physical Security Systems
Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems and application software.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues.
Recommend and advise clients on hardware and software upgrades to improve performance and security.
Provide basic training and guidance to users on computer operation, system usage, and best practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
IT System Engineer : 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
