Job Description

The Sr IT System Engineer will be a key member of the Seer IT department and will focus on maintaining the IT Infrastructure environment and supporting business functions in terms of technologies. The IT System Engineer will ensure that IT Infrastructure is maintained in compliance with Seer Solutionz's IT Security Standards. The post holder will report to the IT Manager and continue to work with the various departments & entities of Seer Solution for continuous improvement and standardization



Worked on VMware clustering like HA and DRS clusters using Virtual Centre. Worked on Cisco Hyper plex, Dell VX- Rail(Must Have) Managing and Monitoring VMware ESXi 5.5/6/6.5/7 servers. Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.(Must Have) Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools. Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability Co-ordination with vendor for hardware related problems & activity like Firmware??upgradation of physical servers Engaging, fostering, and managing strong relationships between internal and external project resources Ensuring the availability, accessibility, and functionality of Exchange Online and Microsoft office 365 products. Responsible for Network LAN/WAN/WLAN and internet infrastructure uptime, patching and upgrades.

Coordinate with other technology team members to complete user requests or resolve issues where server and cloud, Infrastructure & virtualization specific issues are escalated.

Provide infrastructure requirements for any new projects. Responsible of backup / restore of data, active directory, server system state Exchange server, SQL and oracle database using Symantec Backup Exec.
Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

???Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject

???Minimum 10 years of experience in the Senior System administrator role

???Certifications like Microsoft (MCSA) , VMware , NetApp SAN Storage, ITIL, Microsoft 365, Azure etc. is desirable.

???Minimum 2 years of proven working experience on Microsoft 365 suites especially on the security products (ATP suites)

???Minimum of 2 years extensive experience in MS Intune/MEM management ???Proven working experience in ITIL based service desk.

???knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

???Hands-on experience with DLP products, backup tools (servers and endpoint) etc.

???Customer service-oriented approach and interpersonal skills

???Strong interpersonal skills to aid in daily contact with staff in a diverse multi-cultural environment.
