Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Ensure efficient Ivanti usage to report incidents and service requests. Perform a complete daily IT Checklist. Active participation in the IT Projects implementation. IT Infrastructure Monitoring. Meet Local KPI's Targets. Ensure IT Hardware and Software maintenance. Network et systems administration. Dynamic, Professional and task oriented. Punctual. English and French mandatory.

Requirements : Education : Bac + 2/3 in Information Technology 2 years minimum experience in a similar position Competencies in Windows Server 2016/2019, Cisco Switching English and French are mandatory
