Job Description
:
We are looking for a skilled IT Engineer with hands-on experience in managing Windows and Linux environments. The candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting system and network issues, and ensuring smooth operation of all IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for Windows 10/11 systems, Outlook, printers, and general user issues.
Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies.
Manage and support Windows and Linux servers in both physical and virtualized environments.
Provide support for VDI environments and virtual infrastructure (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
Perform routine system administration tasks, backups, updates, and monitoring.
Work with open-source ERP systems (preferably Odoo) for installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Assist in IT asset management and documentation.
Requirements:
Strong understanding of Windows Server administration and Linux OS.
Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware).
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with Odoo or other open-source ERP solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications (MCSA, RHCSA, CompTIA, etc.) are an advantage.
Experience in multi-site IT environments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
