DMAXX Properties L.L.C is seeking a dynamic and versatile

IT Support & Social Media Specialist

to support both our internal technical operations and online brand presence. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a solid IT background and a flair for creative digital content. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth IT systems across the company and enhancing our social media engagement through graphic design and page management.

IMMEDIATE JOINER PREFERRED

Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day tech support for computers, mobile devices, networks, and software. Set up and maintain systems, emails, and real estate tools (e.g., CRM, listing platforms). Ensure data security, backups, and smooth IT operations across the office. Create eye-catching graphics for property listings, social media, and company promotions. Manage and update social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) with engaging content. Schedule posts, respond to messages, and grow online presence. Track social media performance and suggest improvements. Support website updates and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. 2+ years of experience in IT support; basic experience in social media content creation and management is a plus (Preferably in real estate/ construction industry). Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, basic networking (routers, printers, LAN/WAN). Working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. Familiarity with CRM tools and real estate platforms is a bonus.
