Content Creator & Social Media Specialist
to lead and elevate our brand's online presence across various platforms.
Job Overview:
As the Content Creator and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies and managing our social media presence to build brand awareness, engage with our audience, and support our overall marketing goals. You'll work closely with our marketing and medical teams to showcase the value of our services, highlight patient stories, and humanize our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Plan, write, and design high-quality, engaging content for social media, blog posts, website, newsletters, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Create content tailored to different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce graphics, short videos, reels, testimonials, and promotional materials.
Interview patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop real-life stories and case studies (with consent).
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement, followers, and conversions.
Manage day-to-day posting and scheduling across all platforms.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content relevant and timely.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on growth, engagement, and ROI.
Branding & Strategy:
Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, identity, and compliance standards (especially within healthcare).
Collaborate with the marketing lead to align content with broader campaigns and initiatives.
Stay informed about healthcare trends, patient needs, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist , or similar role.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and social media algorithms.
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or medical-related content is a major advantage.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team.
4-5 Years of UAE experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
