will be responsible for managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and maintaining the company's social media. This hybrid role ensures seamless execution of automated campaigns, data-driven insights, and the upkeep of all social media projects to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Automation:
Manage and optimize the company's marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce).
Design and implement automated email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing programs.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data within the CRM system, including segmentation and lead scoring.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and tracking strategies.
Train team members on the use of the marketing automation platform as needed.
3. Integration and Data Management:
Ensure smooth integration between marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other tools.
Monitor data flow across systems to maintain accuracy and consistency.
Develop reports and dashboards to measure the performance of marketing and website activities.
4. Strategic Collaboration:
Work closely with the management to align automation strategies with business objectives.
Assist in creating campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Ensure all campaigns and website updates align with brand guidelines and messaging.
5. Social Media:
Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms for Floorworld Commercial (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok).
Assist in creating marketing assets using Canva, Capcut and any other platforms adhering to brand guidelines and campaign needs.
Collaborate with graphic designer and photographer to create assets
Assist in maintaining and updating the company website (WordPress or similar).
Coordinate and assist in execution of any marketing campaigns.
Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, email campaigns, folders etc.
Support branding and creative tasks, such as basic graphic design or proofreading content.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools.
Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, and performance tracking tools.
Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Teamwork: Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Arabic skills would be good to have.
