Job Summary: Looking for an IT Support Expert in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Qualifications and Experience

Should hold a Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study
Practical experience in providing IT support in a professional environment required
Good knowledge of operating systems as well as software applications commonly used in business environments is required
Should be familiar with network protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues, as well as configuring network devices
Good problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to changing technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
