About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

IT Support Executive

to handle day-to-day hardware and software operations across multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, a service-oriented approach, and hands-on experience in managing both system and network-level issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and updates. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Set up and manage user accounts, emails, and access permissions. Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and software support. Ensure data backup, security protocols, and system compliance are followed. Maintain IT inventory and documentation of systems and licenses.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant IT support experience. Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software installations. Basic understanding of networking concepts and configurations. Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and cloud tools. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
