VAS Technologies is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused
IT Support Executive
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be able to handle IT support tasks independently, communicate effectively with customers, and assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for
Windows systems and Microsoft applications
(Outlook, Office 365, Teams, etc.)
Independently handle customer complaints
related to IT systems and ensure timely resolution
Respond to and manage customer technical queries via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently
Prepare techno-commercial proposals
in coordination with the sales and technical teams
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in routine IT operations, including updates and configuration support
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT / Computer Science (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
Proficient in
Windows OS and Microsoft 365 products
Strong
written and oral communication skills in English
Good understanding of basic networking and IT systems
Female candidates on Spouse Visa
will be given preference
Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally
