Provide first and second-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Prepare, review, and maintain documentation in line with
MCC
standards.
Ensure that IT records, system changes, configurations, and reports comply with
ADMCC guidelines
.
Collaborate with administrative and compliance teams to ensure all IT activities are properly documented and traceable.
Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical problems via phone, email, or in person.
Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems and infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and ensure the security and integrity of data.
Assist users with software installation, configuration, and training.
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests using the help desk ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized teams as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes.
Prepare regular reports on IT support activities and performance metrics.
Work closely with other IT team members to ensure cohesive and efficient support operations.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
ADMCC Certification
(preferred) or demonstrated knowledge of
MCC documentation standards
.
1 to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role, preferably in the UAE.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux) and networking concepts.
Familiarity with common IT tools and software (e.g., MS Office, antivirus, remote desktop).
