Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics POS. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our ERP and retail POS systems across all branches.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily IT support for Dynamics F&O and POS systems, ensuring smooth operations across all retail branches. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP, POS terminals, and integrations. Support the other members of the IT Department. Assist in deployment, testing, and rollout of new POS or ERP features.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support, preferably within a retail or multi-branch environment. Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) and Dynamics POS. Understanding of data synchronization between POS and HQ systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
