Hiring a skilled and proactive to provide first- and second-line technical support within a Microsoft-based environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and core Windows desktop/server troubleshooting. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily IT operations, responding to user requests, maintaining system availability, and supporting the wider infrastructure and security frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) accounts, security groups, and access permissions.
Manage Exchange Online mailboxes, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, and email flow.
Support Azure Virtual Machines, storage, and network configurations under supervision.
Troubleshoot issues across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Office applications.
Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management.
Support device setup and configuration (Windows 10/11, mobile devices, and peripherals).
Maintain and document IT incidents, assets, and change logs using ticketing systems.
Assist with endpoint security, antivirus, and backup checks.
Support network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and assist in project rollouts when required.
Skills & Experience:
1-3 years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure portal, and Windows OS.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Admin Center, and Intune desirable.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Autotask, Zoho Desk) preferred.
Qualifications:
CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or MS-900 preferred.
Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline advantageous.
