Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support - Arabic Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI), located in Abu Dhabi. The IT Support role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, managing desktop computers, and offering help desk support. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, maintaining IT systems, and supporting end-users in the company with any technical problems they may encounter.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology Help Desk Support experience Proficiency in both Arabic and English Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred Previous experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
