Job Description

- As an IT supervisor you are responsible for ensuring that work is done pursuant to established standards and that it meets quality requirements.

- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the resort's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems.

- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of all IT systems, including property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest Wi-Fi, and other related systems.

- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary upgrades and enhancements.

- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance, security, and data protection.

- Implement and enforce data security measures, including access controls, firewalls, antivirus software, and data backup systems.

- Verifying the absence of any loss of master keys of rooms and submitting a report to the IT Manager.

- Ensuring the presence of all walkie-talkie devices within the resort premises and submit a report to the IT Manager in the event of any violations.

- Preserving the confidentiality of the resort's information and refraining from sharing any videos/pictures or documents related to its departments without an official request and approval.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From BD220.000 per month
