Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel IT Specialist to oversee and maintain our hotel's technological systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel management software, including Opera and Micros, and possess the ability to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless operations across all IT platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support the hotel's property management system (Opera) and point-of-sale (POS) systems (Micros). Ensure the smooth operation and integration of all hotel IT systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system updates and maintenance. Implement and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability. Provide technical support and training to staff as needed. Document IT procedures, configurations, and incidents. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and recommend system improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with Opera PMS and Micros POS systems. Strong understanding of hotel IT operations and infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.

Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
