As the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology systems and infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with industry-specific audits, including TASNEEF, ADHICS, or DOH (Department of Health) regulations. Your expertise in the medical sector and experience with audits will be essential in maintaining a high standard of IT operations and data security.

Your expertise in the medical sector and experience with audits will be essential in maintaining a high standard of IT operations and data security.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, networks, hardware, and software in the medical facility.
- IT Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, including doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and other personnel, to ensure efficient and effective use of IT resources.
- Data Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant medical sector regulations and industry-specific audits such as TASNEEF, ADHICS, or DOH. Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality.
- Systems Integration: Collaborate with various departments to integrate IT systems and applications, enhancing the efficiency of medical operations and data flow.
- Technology Upgrades: Stay abreast of technological advancements and recommend updates or improvements to the organization\'s IT infrastructure and systems.
- Disaster Recovery and Backup: Develop and maintain robust disaster recovery plans and data backup procedures to minimize data loss in case of emergencies.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist in preparing the IT department\'s annual budget and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions for staff to enhance their IT skills and promote the responsible use of technology.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve IT-related issues promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions to medical operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4-7) as an IT Supervisor or similar role within the medical sector in the UAE.
- Extensive knowledge of medical sector regulations and compliance requirements, particularly those related to TASNEEF, ADHICS, or DOH audits.
- Familiarity with healthcare-specific software applications and electronic health record systems.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, security protocols, and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Leadership qualities and experience in managing a team of IT professionals.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
